ACETATE DEP

The purpose of our ACETATE DEP is to produce high-quality Acetate glasses.

ACETATE CUTTING

Every Acetate Frame is hand-assembled and polished.Then make a simple cut.

CNC CENTER

After using high-tech CNC machine to cut acetate into face fronts and other parts.

TUMBLING

The frame tumbled with wood chips and hand- polished, it would become smooth and flat.

POLISHING

Frames are hand-buffed multiple times on a polishing wheel for an extra-glossy finish.

DETAIL PROCESSING

All the brands logos are applied by hand carefully.

QUALITY CONTROL

All the frames need to be adjusted by the skilled technicians. All details must be perfect. 

Any finished products with defects and quality problems will be remade or destroyed.
